You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for products from our website.
PRODUCTS:
Our products are all on-hand and available unless it’s stated to be out of stock.
Please take note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings,
the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.
ORDER PROCESS:
Submit an order form if you are all set to purchase.
Please indicate COMPLETE details.
We are not held liable in such cases that we have shipped wrong item/s due to incomplete details on your order form / purchase order.
Your P.O. serves as our final basis.
All submitted orders are reserved on a first come first serve basis and is considered as final.
PRICE & PAYMENT:
Prices for products are quoted on our website.
In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated on our invoice.
Payment must be made within 3 days upon the submission of your order.
We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
Payment for all products must be made through BDO, BPI, Cebuana, LBC, M Lhuillier, Palawan and Western Union only.
Any surcharges shall be shouldered by the buyer.
Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.
NO PROOF of PAYMENT, NO SHIPMENT.
Please notify us as soon as you've paid and send us WHOLE CLEAR photo of your Proof of Payment.
We are not responsible for delays due to late notifications.
DELIVERY POLICY:
Local purchases are shipped via LRC for Metro Manila & LBC for Provincial.
Shipping fees shall be shouldered by the buyer.
Delivery minimum timespan:
1-2 days for Metro Manila
2-3 days for Provincial

HUE shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of shipment due to acts of God, natural calamity
or bad weather condition, and incomplete addresses.
All parcels are packed carefully and securely beforehand.
LIABILITY:
HUE does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for purchased items unless proven any oversight
and inaccuracies came about due to our sole negligence.
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment, and we strongly stand by this claim.
We ensure that all packages shipped out are in good condition.
Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you once the products have been dispatched to our courier.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
In rare occasions wherein we have shipped the wrong item/s to you, returns are acceptable provided that you
inform us of such mistake within 24 hours upon receiving product.
Items must be delivered to us before we ship out the replacement and refund you the shipment return.
The product must be in pristine condition and with the original packaging.
*Please take note that, we will not accountable of shipment charges if it is not proven that it is due our negligence.
